The cushioned Trailair Rota-Flex 5th Wheel Pin Box # LC328330 does fit the Fabex 665 that you have now and would work great as a cushioned replacement. While this pin box states it's designed to fit as a replacement for the Lippert 1621 or 1621HD we've found that in general the 1621 and the Fabex 665 are identical.

The # LC176440 would not work in your application as it's 1/2 inch wider overall so it would not fit into the frame brackets on your trailer. You'll notice what looks like plates welded to either side of the pin box to allow for the extra width needed. The vertical holes are also 1/2 inch further apart and the horizontal holes are 7/8 inches further apart.
