Question:

Can I lower my pin box to the last setting only using 3 bolts on each side? I have a companion flatbed hitch which doesn’t have any height adjustment. My toyhauler is running nose low.

You can definitely lower the Trailair Rota-Flex 5th Wheel Pin Box - Lippert 1621 or 1621HD - 18,000lbs # LC328330 but you will still need to use 4 four bolts on each side too secure the pin box to the mounting ears of your 2021 Keystone Raptor 423. Failure to do so could result in serious injury or worse.

If the leaf springs on your trailer happen to be currently mounted above the axles (overslung), you might be able to use an Over-Under Conversion Kit like # K71-385-00 for 3 inch diameter axles or # K71-384-00 for 2-3/8 inch diameter axles. This kit will let you move the leaf springs below the axle, lowering the trailer by the height of the axle and leaf spring stack. These are for use with double-eye springs only.
