Yes, the Karrier ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire # AM10303 will work perfectly with the Dexstar Conventional Steel Wheel # AM20514. This Darrier tire is compatible with 15" x 6" wheels like this and will provide you with an excellent setup that has speed rating of 81 mph.
Please just keep in mind though that while the Goodyear tire does have a maximum load of 2,830 pounds at 80 psi, the Dexstar wheel has a slightly lower rating of 2,600 pounds. Since you are always limited by your setup's weakest link you will need to adhere to the lower capacity of the wheel.
