The replacement screw to secure the end cap # 852-3214001 is part # THHD-27059.

The Replacement End Cap for Thule Xsporter Pro Truck Bed Ladder Rack #852-3214001 doesn't come with the screw to keep it in place. For that you need the Replacement M6-1x14mm Socket Head Cap Screw #THHD-27059.
