How to Determine Which Grease Seal is Needed for Trailer Hub

I have a 2000, SB dual axle trailer that is used to haul my Malibu boat. The ID tag on the trailer says: 2500, 205/14C R, 50 lbs. It has a 5 bolt hub/rim. I am unsure what is the proper grease seal for this axle. I want to have the seals on hand before I start the bearing maintenance. In advance, thank you for your assistance.

Grease seals are very specific which means you will need some very specific information in order to get the one that fits. The ID tag info you gave is the axle capacity and tire size, but I can help you figure out just how to determine the correct grease seal, as well as bearings if you are looking for replacements for your hub.
Doing this does require you to take apart your current hub assembly and look at the bearings and seal; wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped directly on them. If you are unable to find them, you need to use a digital caliper to measure your spindle to the thousandths of an inch where the bearings and grease seal ride. You can use the photo I've attached to see exactly where you need to measure. It does need to be a digital caliper that goes to the thousandths of an inch because the wrong reading by a very tiny amount means you can get the wrong seal.
For example, Grease Seal # 58846 has an inner diameter of 1.719" while Grease Seal # 10-42 has a 1.750" inner diameter.
