Hi Thomas! Most people mount them with the calipers in the 12 o'clock position, but you can also mount them in the 9 o'clock and 3 o'clock positions as well. Whichever is the easiest for you. I have had a guy mount them in the 6 o'clock position once, but that was due to him having no other choice and I don't recommend that unless you absolutely have to. What kind of trailer are you installing these on?
