Troubleshooting Switch of etrailer Jack Not Functioning After it Popped Out from Housing

Question:
The power switch partially popped out from the power switch. Just one dide, it did not come out completely. I popped it back into place but now it doesnt work. Still have power because the light works. Appreciate any assistance.

Sounds like when the switch popped out of the jack # EJ-3520-BBX some of the wiring became disconnected from the back of the switch. Best option is to pull the switch off and inspect the wiring and you'll see what would need to be fixed.
I wouldn't think the switch would need to be replaced but we do offer it as a replaceable part with # EJ-3520-PSW.
I also attached a picture of what the back of the switches should look like wired up.
