I have a 2017 1500 Silverado Truck I do not need the entire replacement Assembly just the clamp Please help Thanks

Thanks for your picture from that it looks like you have an Extang Trifecta tonneau cover and are needing a replacement cab clamp assembly part # EX1034. This is the only way to order and replace the part you are needing to replace.

None of the methods are super easy. I'd recommend three though you have to remove hinges. This is least invasive, doesn't require cutting the cover, and also doesn't risk damaging cover.
