My handle is behind pipes . Will this extension work? Black water tank handle on 2008 Springdale fifth

I am not familiar with the black water tank in the 2008 Springdale Fifth wheel trailer however, the two adjustable rods in the Extension Rod Kit for Valterra Waste Valve part # T1046-12VP should make it easier to access the handle. One of the rods extend from 6 to 8 inches while the other can extend from 9 to 11 inches.
