What additional parts would I need to install the dx2 brake controller for my trailer with dexter axle brakes on a 1994 chevy Cheyenne and a 1993 chevy Silverado? I think the equipment might be the same.

Installing a Dexter Predator DX2 Trailer Brake Controller # 58-8 in a 1993 Chevy Silverado and 1994 Chevy Cheyenne, both of which are Chevy C/K Series pickup trucks, require both trucks to have their own 4-flat connectors and a brake controller wiring kit. However, since both trucks require the Predator to be hardwired, it would mean you would have to get two brake controllers or you would need to wire and un-wire the controller to change trucks; there are better options that will allow you to use controller and I recommend going this route.

What I recommend instead is the Tekonsha Voyager Trailer Brake Controller # 39510 with two of the Plug-In Harness # 20127, one for each of your trucks; you would also need two of the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7 for each truck.

If you do not have a 4-flat in your trucks you would need two of the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118315, one for each truck.
