Hi, everyone. Steve here with etrailer. Let's take a look at the RV Designer 7-Way RV Plug. Now, this seven-way RV blade-style plug is designed for the trailer-side wire connections. So you got a small set screw here. You'll take that out.
You have a set screw here as well. Once you get this pulled apart, you'll have different connectors in here. You'll run your wire through the back and you'll connect those to the appropriate connections that are listed on there and with the instructions. And then you'll tighten this down to keep the cord of those wires all nice and tight. And you can see it's got the nice molded finger plugs for pulling it out of the socket when it's in use.
It's an ABS housing. It's gonna protect any wires inside and keep everything nice and strong. Now, when you have this wired up correctly, it's gonna support taillights, brake lights, reverse lights, turn signals, trailer brakes, and auxiliary power.
