The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7152 that fits your 2012 Toyota RAV4 uses M12-1.25 x 40mm bolts.

After you install the Curt hitch part #C13416 on your 2019 Toyota RAV4 you'll have right at 10-1/2 inches of ground clearance measured from the bottom of the hitch to the ground. I attached an install video for this for you to check out as well.
