The highest capacity trailer hitch for your 2018 Ford Transit T350 is the Curt Class IV part # C14012 which has an 8,000 lb trailer towing capacity without WD and then 10,000 with WD.

You will need to start with a 4-way (if you do not have one). For that you would want the # HM11140244.

From there you would need to convert the 4-way to a 7-way so that you can install the brake controller. For that you will want the Brake Controller Install Kit and 7-Way Adapter part # ETBC7. I attached installation instructions and an install video for this product as well.

For a brake controller I would recommend the Prodigy P2 Brake Controller part # 90885. This is our best selling brake controller because of how well it works and how easy it is to setup.

The air bag kit I recommend for your Transit is the Air Lift kit part # AL57213 which has a 5,000 lb capacity and will do a great job supporting the rear suspension. For a compressor kit then the heavy duty part # F2097 will work great to make inflating the bags and maintaining them easier. The compressor will inflate faster than standard compressors and the gauge inside the vehicle will allow you to monitor and inflate them from inside the vehicle.
