For your diesel pusher RV and 2013 GMC Sierra 2500 I highly recommend the SMI Air Force One Supplemental Braking System # SM99243. This particular system is designed specifically for RVs like yours that are equipped with air brakes as it will tap into them to deliver the air necessary to activate the Sierra's brakes through the installed coiled air hose. It also includes a special kit to be used on trucks that are equipped with Hydro-boost brakes making it the perfect system for your setup.

I have included a link to the full installation manual but also attached an image of page 21 that details the Hydro-boost application.

The SMI Air Force One Braking System # SM99243 actually is compatible with the Hydro-boost brakes on your Sierra. As you can see in the attached image from the installation manual, this system includes a separate kit for this very application along with a couple extra steps in the process to make sure everything works perfectly.
