I spoke with Yakima and they informed me that the part you are looking for has been discontinued and is no longer available for purchase. There is also not a direct replacement either but they did say the Replacement Hitch Bolt and Clip for Yakima HoldUp part # Y8890200 should work in its place as they both have the same size bolt but frankly you don't have any other options save for a new bike rack.

If you do choose to go with a new bike rack then just let me know what type of bikes you will be carrying that way I can recommend some options for you.

I believe you are referring to the Yakima HoldUp #Y02443. If you need just the HitchLock alone, that is the #Y07235. However, if you need the hitch pin that is compatible with both the HitchLock and the HoldUp itself, that is the #Y8890200.
