Will the Swagman RV Bumper 2 Bike Rack, # S80501 Accept a 28 Inch Diameter Trailer Tire

Question:
Spare tire is 28 inches in diameter so I gather this will not work?

The RV Bumper 2 Bike Rack, # S80501, mounts in such a way as it does not necessarily fit around the tire. I have included a picture that shows how it would mount to the bumper in relation to he spare tire. You can see in the picture that the upright arms of the rack are further out than the tire. You need to look at the width of the tire, not the diameter.
The rack allows for 12 inches of clearance from the bumper to the upright bars of the rack for the spare tire. I have included a link to the installation details for you. I have also included a link to all of the bike racks that can be used behind an RV or trailer.
