So far as of June 2019 there aren't any suspension enhancement options for a 2018 Subaru Forester, but if you can get me some measurements of your rear suspension springs I can make a recommendation for correct Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs like the part # CSS-1094R you mentioned.

The letters on the left (A, B, C, and D) are when your Forester is loaded while the letters on the right (E and F) are when the Forester is unloaded. If you can get me these dimensions I can use a calculator from SuperSprings to determine what the correct parts are for your application.
