Purpose of Small Nuts and Bolts in EcoHitch for 2014 Toyota Prius

the video does not show where the three small bolts, washers, and nuts go. Please explain. thank you.

I believe you are talking about the 1/4" nuts and bolts that are a part of the hardware that comes with the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch # 306-X7178.

I took a look at the installation instructions and the purpose of that hardware is to use only if necessary to reinstall the plastic cover on the bottom of your 2014 Toyota Prius. I added a cut out of the instructions which shows this.

Hey Miles, yes we have confirmed that the EcoHitch part #EH97FR does fit the 2025 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid Plug In. There is some lower fascia trimming needed to install the hitch but not a significant amount at all. What will you be using the hitch for?
