Best Trailer Wheel and Tire Replacement for 39 Foot Keystone Raptor Toy Hauler

Question:

We have a 39foot Keystone Raptor toy hauler that we put about 20,000 miles a year on and am looking to upgrade from factory wheels as a friend with same trailer had 2 wheel failures. Is this a good combo for that? Trailer is 16,0000 gvw but has only 2 @ 7,000 axles min 2,000 lbs assumed carried by truck from tounge
