Do Yakimas cargo boxes mount to the OverHaul HD crossbars?

Yes they do!
The Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Rack # Y01151-59 that you referenced utilizes the Yakima HD Crossbars # Y01159 which measure 78" long x 3" wide x 1-1/2" tall which means they are about 1/2" taller and 1/8" thinner than the Yakima JetStream crossbars. Yakima has confirmed that all of their rooftop cargo boxes, like the SkyBox 18 # Y07336 are compatible with the HD bars.
I have attached a link to all of the Yakima rooftop cargo boxes that you can filter through. I do recommend using a larger one like the SkyBox 18 which can fit with larger crossbar spreads (SkyBox 18 is 24" - 42") so that you have more adjustability if you plan on mounting something else on top of the HD bars.
