I’m missing the screw and washer for the endcap. can you tell me the size? I need 3.

The Replacement EndCap for Yakima HD Crossbars # YA54FR uses an M6-1 x 13mm screw along with a M6 hex nut. You should be able to find replacements at your local hardware store.
