Question:

Where can I find t-flat nuts to use on Yakima HD load bars. I could use t-bolts but would prefer to use a flat nut that slides into the slot and secure it with a bolt. Very similar to the Yakima eyebolt threaded nut that slides into the Yakima slot. Ive attached my set up and I want to upgrade the bolts Ive used to secure my accessories.

I recommend picking up the Aero Style Crossbar T-Slot Fit Kit # MPG8287 which comes with bolts, nuts, and washers that will fit in the Yakima HD Bar T-Slots like the 78" part # Y01159.

If you're trying to find specific dimensions for your own hardware, the T-Slot measures 22mm wide and 8 mm tall and then the opening at the top measures 11mm wide (see attached photo).
