Question:

Hello, I have the Yakima HD bars and need comptable t-bolts and t-nuts that will fit my bars. Will this product work? And which t-nuts would work for me?

Sometimes you can use accessories from other manufactures that will work, but the ones you were looking at # RR72XB are 8mm x 16.5mm so they will fit very snug.

Here are the T-Slot dimensions so you can see exactly how much products are compatible. The T-slot channel dimensions for the Yakima HD Crossbars # Y01158 are 11mm (7/16") wide on top, 8mm(5/16") deep, and 22mm(14/16") wide at it's bottom. I tend to just stick with Yakima accessories because I know FOR SURE that they will fit. For example, if you're looking for tie down points you can use these eye bolts # Y01162 to give you more room for more straps. More straps = more gear.

These load stops # Y01161 and this ladder roller # Y01163 will also work. If you're wanting just the hardware to do whatever you want to, you can just get a replacement hardware kit for the Outpost HD Ladder Rack # Y92XR if you're feeling creative.
