The switch part # PK34310 that you referenced is a universal fit style switch which means there isn't one wiring color diagram that would be applicable. I attached a picture that has all of the pins of the switch labelled which you'd need to use as a guide for your wiring application.

You can daisy chain multiple heating pads like the part #277-000163 together and run them to a switch like the part #PK34310 if you'd like. I attached a diagram that shows how they would all go together as well.

You can absolutely do that, and we do have just what you need! To wire the ThermaHeat RV Holding Tank or Step Heater Pad w/ Thermostat #277-000164, I recommend using the: -Universal-Design Rocker Switch #PK34310.
