Could Install Harness of Truck Bed Cargo Camera # 3460001 Install Through Passenger Side Grommet

Question:

I have a 2018 F-250 with the back up camera. After watching the install video I was wanting to know if you could use the factory installed pass through wires located on the passenger side kick panel rather than going through the grommet on the drivers side.

Most likely you could install the Truck Bed Cargo Camera # 3460001 how you were describing, but since that's not how we installed it or how GCH recommends the install we don't have a way to confirm it would work. You could pretty easily attempt to install it that way and if the harness isn't the right length or it doesn't work for any other reason you could just go with the routing you saw in the install video that I also attached.
