Updated 07/26/2026 | Published 08/23/2022

Question:

I am looking to replace this master cylinder for the surge brake on my 2000 Four Winns trailer with disk brakes. Can you tell me which part number to order? Thank you

Thanks for the pictures! It looks like you have a TCIC 23361 master cylinder. The Replacement Master Cylinder Assembly for Titan Model 60 and Aero 7500 Brake Actuators item # T4395100 is the replacement for it. However, this is a drum brake master cylinder. You may want to verify what actuator you are using.

If you end up deciding to upgrade your old coupler to one that is compatible with disc brakes I recommend the Dexter DX7.5 Drop-N-Go Brake Actuator item # 099-175-20. This actuator has a 7,500 lbs capacity, fits a standard 3" channel, and has a 2" ball.

I included a video of the Titan item # T4395100 for you to take a look at.

@EricS We have that one too. It's the Replacement Master Cylinder Assembly for Dexter Model 60 Brake Actuators item # T4820000. Like you said it's for disc brake actuators.
