Are the tire and rim combos mounted and balanced or just mounted?

The Provider ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire part # TA87VR are just mounted not machine balanced.

What some of tire manufacturers do is line up the light spot on the tire with the heavy spot on the wheel. This is a type of balancing but not like how car tires are balanced (with weights on a balancing machine).

Trailer tires do not have to be dynamically balanced like passenger car tires do since a trailer tire's primary duty is supporting a vertical load. Steering and cornering concerns apply less to trailer tires but you can have them balanced at a local shop if you would like to.
