  Thanks for the pics Russ. Based on your pic showing center to center measurement between the two holes being 3", you have a 5 on 5" bolt pattern, and not a 5 on 4-1/2". Since you have a 15" diameter wheel you'd need a wheel such as the # AM20428 which is a 15" wheel with the 5 on 5" bolt pattern. I'd double check that measurement, as it's kind of hard to judge from a picture.

  From the pictures you provided, you do indeed have a 5 on 5 bolt pattern. This isn't the most common bolt pattern though so if you were thinking about replacing the hubs as well, I do recommend swapping to the much more common 5 on 4 1/2 bolt pattern.
