Question:
I purchased the Hopkins wiring kit, Roadmaster Brake Lite Relay kit, and the Roadmaster Invisibrake. Im assuming that all these need to connect together at some point, most likely at the front of the Jeep where the bracket on the base plate is located. Is that correct? Ive watched the videos for all three, but I didnt see how they integrate with each other!

For starters, there is no bridge between the toad and the tow vehicle for the Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles part # RM-88400. This gets installed solely on the toad. In regards to the Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles part # HM56200, the Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System part # RM-8700, and the RoadMaster 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Kit part # RM-146-7 there are going to be components that gets bridged to the tow vehicle.
The 4-way connector on the Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles will need to be removed and then you can install the 6-way and bracket that came with the RoadMaster 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Kit. I don't know what base plate kit you have but there might be a spot for the above bracket. This will complete the link for these two components. However, if you like you can use one of the pins on the 6-way for a charge line, the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles part # RM-156-25.
The Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System will then be tied into the Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles using the attached diagram. There is also a breakaway cable that gets run to the motor home as well.
