For your Thule T2 Classic 2 Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4" Hitches # TH9045 there is not a an adapter compatible for a 2 inch hitch from Thule and they also don't have the replaceable shank to upgrade to the 2 inch receiver.
The best adapter to fit your truck is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Adapter - 2" to 1-1/4" - 4" Long # C45770. This will allow you to use the hitch lock that came with your bike rack and then you will use a separate hitch lock like # 63232 to secure and lock the adapter to your hitch. Using an adapter will decrease the tongue weight rating of your hitch by 50% but that won't be an issue when using the T2 bike rack.
