What is the difference in Part #s: 753357902 and 753-3579. I have a T2 rack Ive ripped apart to refinish and decided I need new ratchet arm assemblies. Its the basic T2 a few years old. Thanks

Part # 753357902 is a Non-Locking Ratchet Arm Assembly that fits specific versions of the T2 Classic TH9044, TH9045 and # TH9046. Part # 753-3579 is a LOCKING Ratchet Arm Assembly for the following discontinued Thule T2 Hitch Bike Rack models TH916, TH916XT, TH917 and TH917XT.
