It sounds like you may be looking for a new wheel/tire combo for your 2005 Fleetwood Tucson Pop-Up Camper. If this is the case then according to my research, your trailer could have came with either 5.30 x 12 or 175/80-13 tires. For a 5.30 x 12 option I recommend the Kenda 5.30-12 Bias Trailer Tire part # AM30859 and for a 175/80-13 option I recommend the Loadstar ST175/80D13 Bias Trailer Tire with 13" White Wheel part # AM3S140. Please note these options are both for a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern which is the most common. The bias ply will allow for better performance off-road and the Kenda brand will be best for cost conscious buyers.
