Trailer is 1967 and current Jack has 1.9inch outer tube diameter.

1.9 inch is going to be a bit too small. Would 2 inch work? That's the closest we have like the Dutton Lainson part # DL22530 that you referenced. Maybe you could enlarge the hole with a dremel type grinder.
