I see Al Ko hubs/drums 8460 but I have not been able to cross reference further.

It looks like Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 5,200-lb Axles - 6 on 5-1/2 Item # 8-201-5UC3 could be the right replacement for you. You can check the bearing numbers if you still have the bearings. If they are 25580 for the inner and LM67048 then this hub and drum assembly will work. If you have different bearing numbers let me know what they are. And if you do not have the bearings anymore you can measure the spindle with digital calipers such as # PTW80157. I have linked a help article and at the end it shows where to measure the spindle.
