Question:
Just to be sure, with Torflex axels our 2016 would use the K71-724-02 lift kit?

The most common way to lift a trailer, like your 2016 Airstream Flying Cloud 23FB, is to add an over-under kit like part # K71-384-00 for a 2-3/8" axle diameter or part # K71-385-00 for a 3" axle diameter. These will raise your trailer equal to the diameter of your axle plus the height of your leaf spring stack.
I'm not quite sure what axles you have on your Airstream so if you have something other than standard axles then let me know and I can help you find a different lift kit like part # K71-724-02 which is a lift kit for a Torflex axle.
