The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C86HR does not come with extra spacers. On each side of the hitch the rear most hole will use a square block spacer and a U- shaped spacer. The hole closest to the cab on each side will use a square block spacer on each side of the frame rail so one will be sandwiched between the hitch and the frame. I've attached a video that helps explain this to assist.
