Question:
I currently have the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution System 600/6000 Upgraded to a larger TT 2017 Starcraft Ultra Lite 24RLS - Hitch weight 540 and Dry Weight 5248. Pulling with a 2013 Ram Long Horn. Can I simply upgrade to the 800/8000 Fastway e2 WD System by purchasing new spring bars part # FA92-01-0899? thanks

Yes, the same head unit, part # FA92-02-1255, is used for your current 6K Fastway e2 Weight Distribution # FA92-00-0600 and the 8K version # FA92-00-0800. All you need to do is swap out your current trunnion bars with the Replacement Trunnion Bars # FA92-01-0899 to have the 8K system.
Please note that the tongue weight rating of a weight distribution system includes both the loaded tongue weight of the trailer as well as the weight of any cargo that sits behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle. As long as this falls within the 400 lb - 800 lb tongue weight range of the 8K system then you are good to go!
