I have a 17307 Curt head. Does the repair/ bolt kit come with the trunnion bar flip-up style retainers? If so, what is the kit part #. Thank you

I do have an option for you but the Curt Bolt Kit for Trunnion Style Weight Distribution Hitch part # C17350 does not come with the spring bar retainer clips that you are referring to. Unfortunately, these retainers clips are not sold separately as they are built into the head so if the head you have now does not have these or they were damaged then you would need to replace the entire head as well with the Curt Replacement Weight Distribution Head for Trunnion Style Bars part # C17307.
