I need to replace my grey tank handle. Does this just twist off and then twist the new one on? Thanks,

I know it's hard to see from the photos but the Replacement Handle for Bladex and Valterra Waste Valves part # T1003-6MNVP has a threaded insert that is designed to accept an M6 rod like on the Extension Rod part # 34466SP1106 so yes, it will twist off and on.
