I recommend going with an Adco cover for your 2006 Fleetwood Niagara pop up camper. If you live in a climate that is mostly wet then you want the SFS Aquashed # 290-12294 but if your climate has a good mixture of moisture and sun (or is just sunny) then you want the Adco Polypropylene RV Cover # 290-22894 instead.
These are the best covers out there and will fit pop ups up to 16' long. The SFS Aquashed measures 192" long x 85" wide x 54" tall while the Adco Polypropylene RV Cover 192" long x 85" wide x 42" tall so either will be great for your application.
