This 3,500-lb round axle measures 95" hub-face-to-hub-face and 80" spring-center-to-spring-center, built with a slight bend that creates zero camber for even tread contact across your tires. It keeps your trailer tracking straight for steady acceleration and controlled towing mile after mile.
No need to pack bearings before mounting—this axle comes with pre-greased idler hubs that include bearings, races, seals, and lug nuts already in place. The cast iron hubs use the L68149 inner bearing and L44649 outer bearing for smooth rotation on 13" to 15" wheels. It’s a clean, ready-to-install setup that saves time in the shop or driveway.
Heavy loads demand strong parts, and this axle is made from high-strength steel for dependable performance. The patented welding process reinforces the spindles with welds that are 40% stronger to prevent failure under stress. Each spindle is drilled for an Easy Grease zerk so you can keep the bearings properly lubricated without disassembly.
The spring seats are welded to the underside of the axle so your leaf springs mount below it. This underslung layout keeps the trailer low for faster loading and unloading while maintaining stability on the road. I received the trailer axle in a timely manner and fit was perfect! Very happy with the new assembly and no longer worried about wearing out tires on a long road trip.
This time was only average. Axle with idler hubs should include the bearings and seals. lost 2 days of work due to these items were missing. Requested ON shipping and it took an additional 3 days. Shipping needs to learn the products so orders are complete the first time
It would be five stars if it would have included the castle nuts and washers. That should be part of the hub kit.
The axle fit perfectly and was easy to install. I have towed a couple thousand miles this year and have had no problems. Thanks

I bought this axle and hubs to replace my broken and worn axle that was left on the side of the road. I had tried a quick fix, but the axle from a local store was too narrow. I found this trailer axle and hub kit and it was the correct assembly to fit my trailer. I was able to replace the worn-out axle and hubs. The new trailer axle and hubs handle my load of the trailer with two Jet Skis, along with a toolbox and extra gas cans. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. A year later I just came home from another trip with the trailer and everything is working great. I had a fabrication shop weld the spring mounts on the trailer axle when I replaced it and it tracks straight down the road. Not bad from a 75-year-old retired guy.

Not bad at all, James! I hope when I'm 75 I'll be able to fix my trailer and cruse down the road hauling some jet skis too! When's the next time you get to take them out on the water?

I year later we have towed my Jeep on 2 3000 mile trips and I like having the greaseable hardware on the spring mounts. We have not had any problems with eTrailer axels at all. Buy with confidence.
