Yes, the head of your current B and W hitch part # BWRVK3500 will fit on the base part # BWRVB3305 to give you a hitch that's compatible with your 2019 Ford F-350 with the factory rail kit. One thing you might consider is that it would be easier to resell your current hitch as a complete hitch if you instead went with the hitch part # BWRVK3305 for your Ford rail kit.
