Question:
I understand the finding the metal beam is ideal for securing etrack, however when trailer plywood wall is the only option will wood screws work and be secure enough for a shelf and/or securing some cargo canopy and car ramps? Can any department plywood screws work fine? Thank You

Yes, you can use wood screws to secure the e-tracks to the plywood walls in your trailer. However, as you mentioned the weight capacity would be less than if you were to attach them to metal beams. The tracks themselves can handle up to 2,000 lbs but the weight capacity of the system is always going to be limited to how they are attached.
Unfortunately, there would be no way to give you specific figures or ratings when attached to plywood as there are just too many factors involved such as the thickness of the plywood, how many screws you use, and how far apart the studs are. With that being said, I think if you use your best judgment for a weight capacity you should be fine. I don't see any issues with car ramps either. As long as the wood screw is long enough to penetrate through the plywood it wouldn't matter where you got them.
In order to build your shelves I recommend using the Erickson Vertical E-Track part # E19146 and the E-Track Wood Beam Socket for Standard part # 59149. I have attached a photo of what customers have done in the past with the above two components.
