The Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with 4" Drop E-Z Lube Spindles part # 8327812 measures 89" long between each hub face and 74" long between each spring center. It is not offered with 89" between each hub face and 70-1/2" long between each spring center because the spring seats can be moved. The spring seats for this axle can be moved to a minimum of 75" apart and a maximum of 71" apart. Since you only need to go in 1/4" more on either side I would say you are fine to move the spring seats on this axle to sit 70-1/2" apart. In order to do this you will need to cut off the spring seats that come with the axle and then tack weld part # TRSS238 on.
The overall length of the Dexter Trailer Axle Beam is 93" from end to end.
