Hi, I am considering this baseplate as it looks cleaner than the Blue Ox baseplate. Is this compatible with the Blue Ox Avail BX 7420? Thanks!

The Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit # DM9519336 that you referenced will work perfectly with your Blue Ox Avail Tow Bar as long as you add the Demco Adapter # DM9523127. The adapter is what will allow the tabless base plates to attach to the Avail Tow Bar.
I absolutely agree that the Demco Base Plate Kit offers an extremely clean appearance as there won't be any protruding brackets. I have attached an image of this kit installed on your 2018 Jeep JL Wrangler Unlimited that you can check out as well.
