Can LubriMatic LMX Industry Strength Grease be Used on Bearings Already Packed with Different Grease

can i use the lmx red grease, to maintain bearings that are already packed with a different water resistant trailer bearing grease?

You can certainly use the LubriMatic LMX Industrial (Red) Strength Grease # L11390 on your hub bearings but you will first want to clean the existing grease off of the bearings.
There are many different grease types that are compatible with each other but there are plenty still that don't get along. If you can tell me what grease you currently have on your bearings I will be happy to verify compatibility. Even if they are compatible though, we do still recommend cleaning off any old grease first because there's a chance that it could be contaminated.
