The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76025 that you referenced is a great option for your 2015 Honda Odyssey and I like it for the same reason you do. This particular hitch does indeed have a hidden crosstube design so only the 2 inch receiver is visible, allowing for a really clean look behind the Odyssey (see attached image).
This is a Class III hitch and it has a towing weight capacity of 3,500 pounds. I have included an installation video that you can use for reference. This will work perfectly to pull your jet ski trailer.
In order to tow a trailer you will also need a trailer wiring harness. For this I recommend the Tekonsha T-One # 118521 because it is the easiest to install and features the highest amp rating available for your Honda Odyssey. This will simply plug into existing ports behind the driver's side interior trim panel in the rear cargo area to provide you with a 4-Way connector to power a trailer's signal lights.
I have again attached an installation video that you can take a look at.
Lastly to pull a trailer you will need a ball mount like the Convert-A-Ball # AMSC2 and a hitch ball like the 2 inch # 63845 or the 1-7/8 inch # 19260 (depending on what the coupler on your trailer accepts). This particular ball mount has a 3/4 inch rise and a 2 inch drop. I have attached a great article on selecting the best ball mount for your setup if this particular unit does not allow the trailer to be level when hooked up to your van.
I have also included a couple good articles on trailer towing that you might find helpful.
