I have 255/75-17 tires on my 2017 Wrangler Unlimited and I'm needing to get some tire chains. What do you recommend using?

If you are only using the chains for on-road applications with your 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited then I recommend the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains # TC2326 because they use square links in a diamond pattern for the best traction out there. These chains are also Class S compatible so you won't ever have to worry about clearance issues.
For off-road applications you will want something a little more heavy-duty on your 255/75-17 size tires. In this case I recommend the Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains w/ Cams # TC2828CAM because they have V-Bar links which excel in deep snow and ice.
When I looked up the online version of your owner's manual I found on page 424 that you should only install chains on the rear tires. It would be good to double check this with your copy of the owner's manual as well.
