Recommended Trailer Brake Controller for 2019 GMC Yukon XL with Tow Package

Hello,. I am looking for a good brake controller for my new 2019 GMC Yukon XL. It does have the tow package. Which one do you recommend and what would I need to install it? Thank you for your time.

For your 2019 GMC Yukon XL I highly recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller # 90195.

Since your Yukon XL is equipped with the factory tow package and a 7-Way connector the only thing you need to install the brake controller is the Plug-In Adapter # 3016. One end of the adapter will plug into the brake controller itself and the other end will connect to the built-in port behind the dash of your Yukon.
