For your 2018 Ram 2500 with both the factory prep and RamBox system, you have limited options. The 6-1/2 foot bed isn't the restriction in this case, but rather the RamBox system which greatly narrows the turning clearance.

I recommend the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Ram Towing Prep Package # BWRVK3600 to fit your factory prep pucks. This is a well made and sturdy hitch that will work very well for you. I've attached a video to assist.

Then you will need to use a Sidewinder Pin Box replacement based on your current 5th wheel pin box to move the turning point of your trailer back 22 inches for adequate clearance. This is the only way to safely pull a 5th wheel trailer with the RamBox system so there isn't contact between the 5th wheel pin box and your RamBox. I've attached a help article on this specifically as well to determine your pin box if the label that should be on it is missing.

For a custom fit wedge compatible with a Sidewinder and that Companion hitch head, I recommend the 5th Airborne Custom Wedge for B&W Fifth Wheels # SWW-06 which will work with the air ride or non-air ride Sidewinder pin boxes. This locks the pin box so it doesn't rotate at the hitch head and utilizes the turret 22 inches back from the kingpin.
